Conglomerate 451 PC Game 2020 Overview:
A great dungeon crawler game where you are going to explore a cyberpunk world full of enemies and creatures to defeat.
The decision to link a dungeon crawler with action and roguelike elements is very good but needs better storytelling. Too often, the written texts are rather mediocre or uninteresting, although the given conditions allow space for elaborate writing. There are some games that have created a better, more homogeneous world on cyberpunk.
Graphically, Conglomerate cannot move worlds, but it convinces over long distances. The biggest tricks for me so far are the general gameplay, the innovative hacking tool and last but not least the atmospheric, suitable soundtrack. The further you advance in the game, the more interesting are the possibilities to eliminate opponents or to accomplish other mission objectives. That’s where the biggest dilema is right now.
In order to achieve the interesting features and dive into areas that help the game out of mediocrity, a long-winded, monotonous beginning must be played through. I am not sure that many players are ready for it. Overall, this title still has a lot of potentials and I hope that RuneHeads will continue to work hard so that Conglomerate will eventually be more than the sum of its parts.
