Hearing about this game looked forward to its release, in order to finally look at it ourselves, play and understand if the game is worth the candle. And you know, in this case, it’s worth it!
Features of Lightmatter:
- Plot: It all starts right away in the lab. You wake up in some kind of room that looks like a server room (we think it will be clear later what the main character was doing there, instead of celebrating with the guests), there is an alarm around, everything glows red. Literally, everyone was just celebrating the long-awaited creation of light-matter – a new source of energy (as the creator himself will explain later), everyone was smoking, laughing, drinking and eating. Guided tours were organized around the laboratory, curious sponsors, bankers and other “big cones” scurried back and forth to see at least a little more than they were allowed to. And then it all stopped.
- Gameplay: Finding yourself after a fall, you must find a way out of the complex. Through voice communication, you can always hear the prompts and stories of the Creator of the Laboratory. Sometimes he says interesting things, and sometimes he teaches you (by the way, it’s just amazing humor!), Making you move your brain faster in search of a way out.
- Music, humor, and atmosphere: we did not beat it by three points since they would have turned out not to be very large. The music here is even nothing, it fits perfectly, plays in the background, and you don’t even notice it. But, if you remove it, it will be unusually quiet, namely, in our opinion, it is an indicator of whether music is in place or not.
